SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping:

Brooklyn MISOMARU ships all orders via USPS or UPS on Monday through Thursday. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with the total volumetric weight of your order and applicable state and/or local taxes.  You may track your order via the USPS or UPS website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.


Returns:

We’re very sorry, but miso products cannot be returned. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT.  We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 5 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange.
